Welcome to my first garden blog! I've been gardening for a few years now. I've had some successes and setbacks. I'm trying to grow as much as I can, organically if possible, all year. I'm new to this blogging thing. I'm hoping to eventually set it up so that you can ask questions. We are entering fall here so this is a great time to be evaluating materials that you have on hand and perhaps even start a fall garden. Be checking your local big box stores as they often have garden center clearance sales this time of year. If you're looking to replace some tools, get a raised bed, a portable greenhouse, a hydroponic system, et cetera, these usually go on clearance this time of year. If you're wanting to grow veggies like carrots, cabbage, brussel sprouts and lettuce, you are in luck because this is their time of year, so be checking for these (both starts and plants) as well.
